The point of my music is to help me accept, own and give a voice to my suffering. My lyrics are very raw and honest, from surviving a lifetime of trauma. I hope to be able to raise awareness for mental illness through my music. My lyrics are written from my pain. I have Depression and C-PTSD, as well as multiple chronic/autoimmune diseases.
